Short and sweet today. It is Spring Break here, so no school for the kids and schedules are all off.
I have been seriously pondering my topic, but haven’t been able to fully form it yet.
I am about half way through a new coach training program. As the five year mark of being a coach looms, I thought it would be a good idea to both refresh and deepen my skills. I love learning—so this program is a win/win/win, serving me, my clients and my readers.
During our first class, we were presented with 10 paradigms. They are all excellent and thought provoking, but two of them have really been on my mind this week.
They are:
Everyone Is Winning The Game They Are Playing.
and
All Behavior And Experience Has A Positive Intention.
Consider this a coming attraction. Think about the paradigms. Do you agree? Disagree? Strongly disagree?
I would love to hear your thoughts–maybe I will even include them in my next post (only with your permission of course). Leave a comment below and tell me what came up for you.
Paradigm discussion to be continued next week….
Fluffy Bunny Hugs,
Lorna
I’m struck by the Everyone’s Winning paradigm. I interpret it as follows: the struggle is to understand what game you’ve actually been playing as a result of your behavior and attitude.I’m thinking of someone who wants to make friends or wants to have a romantic relationship and yet is driving people away with certain behaviors or beliefs. Hard to see what you’re doing sometimes – really helpful to have a sounding board and good coach (like you!)!
