Today has not been a usual humdrum day. On the contrary, it has been a unique and out of the ordinary day.
I very happily purchased and drove away in my very first brand new car that wasn’t a minivan (which means that with this car I stand at least a small chance of keeping it clean).
Besides just purchasing a new car, the uniqueness came from me going through the process of test driving, choosing, negotiating and signing paperwork for said new car all on my own.
As in– without my husband. No man involved. Just me.
Why am I pointing that out so bluntly? Because up until now, I have limited myself by thinking that buying cars is a mans job.
Not sure where I picked that one up, but when I run up against these kinds of crazy beliefs that only hold me back, I try to undo them. I gently do something different to counteract the thing that I used to believe was true. Then a new belief is formed.
There have been dozens of limiting beliefs that I have undone over the years and each time I feel more and more free; more alive.
Every time I break through a barrier that only I was holding myself back from going through, I trust myself and the world a little bit more.
And that leads me into what I want to share with you today.
It’s a meditation that I recorded a few weeks ago for the amazing women in my Change Your Mind, Change Your Life Group Program. They liked it a lot and I think you will too.
It is a short recording that will get you back in touch with the person that you can count on the most in life–You!
I hope you will take the time to listen and enjoy it. Please leave a comment to let me know what you think–I love hearing from you.
And by the way–my inaugural group program was a smashing success and I will be offering multiple classes this Fall. Please be on the look out for more information coming your way in the upcoming weeks.
If you are ready to examine some of the limiting beliefs that are holding you back, please hit Contact in the upper right hand corner to schedule a complimentary Discovery Session with me.
Hugs,
Lorna
P.S. For those of you who have read all the way to the end—It’s a sporty BMW X3. And I love it!!!
In order to change your life, you must first change your mind
